Berry Bliss Bites

Berry Bliss Bites

These Berry Bliss Bites are a no-bake dessert packed with vibrant berry flavors, creamy textures, and a hint of crunch. Perfect for summer gatherings or quick snacks, they’re easy to make and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (or gluten-free alternative)
  • Honey or maple syrup for drizzling (optional)
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in chopped fresh berries. If using frozen berries, thaw them first and pat them dry to avoid excess moisture.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture into small balls. Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers until evenly coated.
  4. Place the bites on a tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the bites and add optional toppings like shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips.
  6. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For best results, chill the bites before serving to help them hold their shape. If the mixture is sticky, chill it for 15 minutes before shaping. Use fresh berries for optimal flavor, but thawed frozen berries work as well.
