Berry Bliss Tiramisu Recipe No-Bake Strawberry Dessert

no-bake strawberry dessert

A no-bake dessert featuring layers of fresh strawberries, creamy mascarpone, and delicately soaked ladyfingers. Perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • Ladyfingers
  • Optional: grated white chocolate or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Reserve a few whole ones for garnish if desired.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of strawberry jam with 1/4 cup of warm water until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the cream.
  6. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the strawberry syrup, ensuring they’re moistened but not soggy.
  7. Layer the ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Cover with a layer of the mascarpone mixture and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
  8. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a mascarpone layer on top.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  10. Garnish with reserved strawberries, grated white chocolate, or mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Refrigeration is key for the flavors to meld. For a boozy twist, add a splash of Grand Marnier to the strawberry syrup. If the mascarpone mixture feels too thick, add a tablespoon of heavy cream to loosen it up.
