Berry Cheesecake Lasagna

A layered dessert combining the creaminess of cheesecake, the sweetness of berries, and the crunch of graham crackers. Perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

  • 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) melted butter
  • 16 oz (450g) softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups (300g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup (150g) blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (120g) berry jam
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (for softening graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Slice fresh strawberries and combine with blueberries and berry jam.
  4. Spread half the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust. Add half the berry mixture on top. Repeat these layers, finishing with the berries.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert overnight to allow the layers to set properly. Use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps, and experiment with different berries for a unique twist.
