  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz (225g) whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz or 595g) blueberry pie filling
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers until fine and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently to maintain the airy texture.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust, covering the edges to seal the crust layer.
  4. Pour the blueberry pie filling over the cream layer and spread carefully using a spoon or spatula.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled. Garnish with fresh blueberries if desired.

Notes

For a cleaner slice, run your knife under warm water before cutting and wipe after each slice. Experiment with toppings like nuts, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of chocolate for variations.
