  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in the diced fresh strawberries.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
