- 1 cup (170 grams) white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (20 grams) freeze-dried strawberries
- 2 tablespoons (16 grams) strawberry pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups (180 grams) powdered sugar
Instructions
- Measure out 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
