Instructions

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry powder or puree with the flavoring and food coloring, if using.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.

  7. Place the wafers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Notes

For a more natural option, use real strawberry puree and skip the food coloring. These cookies can also be used as a base for layered desserts or crumbled over ice cream.
