  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces (225g) whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 ounces/595g) blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Crush 2 cups of graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with 1/2 cup of melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Use a rubber spatula to smooth it out for a clean, even layer.
  4. Pour 1 can of blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled. Garnish with fresh blueberries or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours to ensure the layers set properly. For clean slices, dip your knife in warm water before cutting.
